Summer Classes will be held at the VFW Hall starting Tuesday August 4th- Thursday August 27th
Our four-week Summer Session is the perfect opportunity to:
- Stay active and keep dancing throughout the summer.
- Build strength, flexibility, and technique in a relaxed environment.
- Try Irish dance for the very first time—no experience necessary in our beginner classes.
- Prepare for the start of our Fall dance season while having fun and making new friends.
Whether you’re looking to maintain your skills or discover Irish dance for the first time, our summer classes offer something for every age and experience level. We can’t wait to dance with you this summer! ☘️💚
Tuesdays
5:30–6:30 pm – Novice Irish Dance
Perfect for dancers who have mastered the basics and want to continue building confidence over the summer. This class focuses on improving technique, strengthening soft and hard shoe fundamentals, and preparing dancers for continued progression in the fall.
6:30–7:30 pm – Competitive Training & Technique
Designed for experienced dancers looking to stay competition-ready during the summer months. Classes focus on advanced technique, stamina, precision, performance quality, and maintaining strength in both soft and hard shoe dances.
Wednesdays
5:30–6:00 pm – Intro to Irish Dance (Ages 3–7)
A fun and energetic introduction to Irish dance! Perfect for young beginners with no previous experience, dancers will learn basic steps, rhythm, coordination, and movement through engaging games and creative activities.
6:00–7:00 pm – Beginner Irish Dance (Ages 7+)
Open to new dancers and those with limited Irish dance experience. This class introduces the fundamentals of Irish dance, including beginner soft shoe dances, basic technique, musicality, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment.
7:00–8:00 pm – Adult Irish Dance
Whether you’re trying Irish dance for the very first time or returning after years away, this welcoming class is designed for adults of all experience levels. Enjoy a fun workout while learning traditional Irish dance steps, improving coordination, and building confidence in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
Thursdays
5:30–6:30 pm – Intermediate Irish Dance
Designed for dancers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to continue progressing. This class focuses on refining technique, improving timing and execution, strengthening hard shoe skills, and learning more advanced choreography to prepare for the upcoming fall season.
6:30–7:30 pm – Competition & Performance Training
Perfect for dancers who compete or perform throughout the year and want to stay sharp over the summer. This class emphasizes competition-level technique, stamina, stage presence, precision, teamwork, and group choreography while preparing dancers for performances and the upcoming competition season.
7:30–8:30 pm – Adult Irish Dance
Whether you’re stepping into an Irish dance class for the very first time or returning after years away, this welcoming class is designed for adults of all experience levels. Enjoy a fun, full-body workout while learning traditional Irish dance steps, improving coordination, building confidence, and dancing in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
